Has anyone looked into possibly rewiring the USB Ports/Media Hub from constant power to switched power? I recently picked up a wireless android auto adapter which works great expect since the media hub has constant power my phone stays connected to it anytime I am in range of my truck.

It isn't constant power. It switches off after like 15 minutes or so.

As I sit here on my couch after being home for 3 hours, my phone is still connecting to my adapter. So my truck seems to be constant power

Is it connecting or trying to connect? Unless it actually connects, then no, it isn't still on. I remember doing research on this and it is an issue with these type of adapters and Android.
