Reverse parking sensor trouble

My dashboard says "no reverse warning function available" please wipe sensors on bumper. Well I checked them and they are clean and dry.
I have no idea when it comes to these sensors , does anyone know what to do or what to look for?

I'm assuming you didn't turn them off on the bottom center stack buttons.
