Due to the poor lighting with the LED reverse light, I tried this today and pretty happy with the results. Let me know your thoughts... thanks!
I don't plan on towing and if I have to, then it can be easily removed as I have installed quick disconnect connectors on the wires. The hardest part was drilling the holes to the hitch, took a bit to drill through even with some heavy duty drill bits.
Here is the link to the light. The wire that comes with the light is not long so I added extra just enough to tap into to wire.
Self stripping quick connectors to tap into the back up light wires.
