I have a 2019 1500 with the 12" screen and my reverse guidelines are gone. Camera still works, checked settings to make sure guidelines are on. I can't select any of the other camera functions like zoom. I've done many of the tests from this site and nothing works. I also noticed I don't have the function to select fixed guidelines, not sure if that is an option on this model?
