Retrofit 8.4 to 12inch UC4

I’ve been searching the threads and can’t find it. I retrofitted to the 12 uc4 and now have the blue screen of death. My camera doesn’t trigger when I throw it in reverse. I update software v40.1, I used a obd magic to set the programming, powercycled after the programming, I checked the wiring. Idk what else. Anyone have any info or more insight to the threads? Should I redo the programming on alfaobd? Cause I have it and also ChatGPT said do a proxyalignment but that feature isn’t on alfaobd for my ram.

Ironically, I have the same exact issue. Pulled the 8.4 for a 12.4 both with Nav and XM.

When you put it in reverse radio does nothing. I can select the backup camera button and it's just a blue screen. However, everything else works fine.

If I go in with Alpha and add the Cargo CAM, I get both options and the Cargo Cam works using a radio harness adapter. I also verified my backup camera works fine at the maroon connecter at the radio using a Camera Retention Harness and running the output into the cargo camera video.

I used the new LDVS cable that came with the radio and the short harness in the AC connector with the blue tape.
