Retractable cover with ramboxes and MFT

As I'm waiting for my truck, I'm starting the mod ordering.
I want to get a retractable cover and saw that with the replacement brackets you can get a non-MFT cover. My question is that I've read that if you have the ramboxes, you don't have those brackets that need to be replaced. Is that correct?
If it matters any, I'm leaning towards the retrax pro.

I have the Retrax Pro MX, Ram Boxes, MFT, BUG (silver/aluminum rails) and the cover installed w/o issues or additional parts. LOVE that tonneau cover. Good luck!
