Replace insert on Factory Longhorn or Limited Wheels

Hey everyone, I ended up buying a set of 20” Longhorn wheels and tires from a person on Facebook. The wheels and tires are awesome and no imperfections until I messed them up taking them off of my truck. I set one of the wheels on top of another and chipped the chrome plastic insert on one of the wheels. Does anybody know how I can replace the insert and where to get one?

Check with a reputable wheel refinisher. Probably have a better chance of getting it repaired than finding just a single insert.
