Removing Speaker cover from rear door of a 2019 Ram Limited

Can you Remove the speaker cover from rear door of a 2019 Ram 1500 Limited without removing the door panel? I have a small dent in one that I think I can push out from the other side.

Try this. Put some tape over the dent, wider than the dent, then use a suction cup to try to pull the dent out. In other words, like dent repair on the truck body.
