Has anyone figured out how to enable the remote tailgate open function?

I was able to enable the trailer brakes, factory alarm, remote start, and program key fobs using AlfaOBD. However, I couldn’t retrieve the 5-digit PIN with AlfaOBD, but I successfully got it using the Autel KM100 and then completed the programming with AlfaOBD.

Buy a key fob with the tailgate release button on it

I do have the key fob with the tailgate button. However I haven’t figured out how to enable that feature in Alfaobd.

It doesn’t get enabled in Alfa, just program the fob that has the button and it works

If the fob is programmed to the truck and doesn't work then you need to replace the latches and wiring in tailgate. It's nothing you have to enable
