Releasing parking mechanically

I was told by the sales person that this truck works on 2019 model as well. Can anyone confirm? Of course if you are in ePark and your battery is dead... well you are kinda stuck until you can jump it.

Yes. The mechanical over-ride is also present on 2019's.

How do we utilize / override the electronic brake in a scenario such as the one described by OP? Is there an override lever somewhere under the dash for the brake as well?

Did a quick search of the manual but didn’t see anything. Particularly worrisome since I utilize the park brake every time I turn off the truck so would be good to know
