Red Lightning Bolt

Hi all, just got a red lightning bolt on my 2022 Ram 1500. Have seen many things, some saying coolant levels could be low but also some damage to the car.

What should I do aside from taking it to the dealership? Can I drive it in the meantime as well?

That's usually electric throttle control issue

The lightning bolt is the ETC "Electronic Throttle Control" as has been stated. If you're set up with AlfaOBD you can do an ETC relearn. I believe that recalibrates the throttle body. My light was on too at one point and a relearn turned it off. There are guides out there or a dealer can do it. Not saying that's your problem but I'd get it looked at soon as you don't want your throttle to fail.
