Recent Calls not saved

I am having an issue Uconnect Phone, phone calls made/received or missed not being saved after I shut off vehicle. So for duration of operation whatever activity occurs is saved then wiped out when I shut off. Any ideas? Thanks

yes, take it to the dealer and have them look at it and update it as needed
