Shortlived experience here, but nothing but the best is what I've seen from FCA dealership. Hope your experience is the same!Taking my ‘22 1500 in tomorrow for PA inspection/emissions and it is supposed to have a recall (ABS) done as well. Might check to see if they can do the oil change too. ( never used the free ones I got since I bought the truck ) I’m hoping I don’t end up with new problems!
If your dealer is good, no need to remove the Tazer. Had a software update done on my truck witht tazer and Pulsar installed and dealer didn't say anything.About time my Ram app shows parts available so I have appointment tomorrow for a oil change and software install just have to remove the Tazer today !
Why would they say anything? You weren't claiming any kind of warranty repair were you? It's possible they noted it in your file without saying anything to you. But I'm sure your dealer is one of the good ones and won't use that against you if you ever do have a warranty claim. If your dealer is good, no need to remove the Tazer. It was in for warranty work. Which is why they did the software update. Have an intermittent service 4wd light. There is a TSB for it with a software update. Didn't fix my issue, And actually caused more issues with my parking sensors. But I didn't get charged. Why would they say anything? You weren't claiming any kind of warranty repair were you?
