Evening gents, might be kind of a reach but I’m currently located in SW Oklahoma trying to see if anyone has personally changed the bearings on the eTorque unit themselves, or know of a shop that is capable of doing so. I brought my 2020 1500 5.7 w eTorque to the dealership to have them look at my eTorque unit after it stalled twice and gave me a light to service the start/stop system, as well as the infamous whine coming from around the eTorque MGU. The dealership here stated that my truck needed a new battery to fix the stalling and the service start/stop. But mentioned nothing about the whine. I don’t want to wait for a back ordered part and can’t find any used ones so has anyone in the SW Oklahoma region had luck with replacing the bearings and can possibly help me out?
