Just purchased my first truck (Rebel X) and I had a question about the suspension. I want to simply level the front out and do it properly so I do not mess up towing or off-road abilities.

Is the suspension the same as the regular Rebel, I am getting confused with the 1" lift, and read something about Rebel X springs being closer or something.

If you know, please help me out a truck newbie so I don't get the incorrect parts to do it right.

Has nobody done modifications to their Rebel X yet? There is a lot of conflicting/confusing info about this truck's suspension. Had one company say the new Rebel X spring rate is different due to the new Hurricane engine being lighter. So their Strut & preloaded spring would not work properly and be rough due to the spring rate for a V8.

Is there just a simple 1" spacer to keep the existing shock/spring? I mean for a single inch of lift, it seems like a lot of hassle/expense. Would the geometry really be that thrown off and screw up the ride?

I know there is a difference with the Hurricane vs the Hemi as far as front suspension is concerned, as far as finding any info on mods/upgrades, they are far and few between at the moment.
