Rebel with magnaflow

I just had the 14” magnaflow, part# 11229, installed tonight. I love the sound especially when getting on it! I kept the resonators. Anyone else have the same muffler and deleted the resonators? Any drone? Too loud? Btw, I will upload a video tomorrow so you all can hear it.

I'm thinking of doing the same exact thing! Was it a dramatic difference? Cant wait for the video and congrats of your new mod!

Hey! No it was really very subtle. At idle it’s much deeper but not much louder at all. Same when accelerating, it’s noticeably louder but not much. I’m going to give it a few weeks as I’ve been told it gets louder over time. If I think it’s still too quiet I will try the resonator delete. Get you the video as soon as I can!

I have the B2 fab MF on mine. Def give it a few weeks. It will get deeper and sound better. I haven’t heard a 5th gen with that muffler w/out resonators unless I’ve missed or forgotten. For me it’s just about right. Curious how it sounds though.
Would say w/out rear resonators it will slightly add some drone. It still will all be to individual perspective.
Side note: any factory intake mod or aftermarket intake will change exhaust note up a little

Im contemplating on getting the B2 FAB, my only issue is having to make a cut. Are there any other options out there without needing to do this? im also not looing at changing the whole system..

^^^^ that’s about it. You can, atleast mine. Reinstall muffler with clamp given in kit.
