I have a 2023 Big Horn. Thinking of trying to find a Rebel take off suspension. I don't really want to spend the money (over $1000) for the Bilstein 6112/5160 setup. I'm not looking to level and don't plan to go larger than 33's, probably 275/60/20 or maybe Rebel take off wheels. Mostly concered with ride quality. Will the Rebel suspension give me a better ride that the Big Horn suspension?

No. Not really. The Bilstein 4600's that come stock on the Rebel/ORG is a monotube OEM replacement shock. They aren't even valved to handle the extra one inch of lift from the longer springs. Whereas they will give a better ride than stock twin tubes, and they will last longer, they are just a base replacement shock. The extra inch of lift will get you those 33's though.
