Seems all those 2019 Rebels that were built during the April production run and then mysteriously disappeared, have been located in FCAs "area 51". Turns out the tread pattern on the seats was of the '18 models Toyo Open Country and not the '19 models GoodYear Wrangler Duratracs. So for the last 2 months production was slowed on all '19 models while the team met to decide whether its cheaper to have Warren ship the '18s tires or change the seat covers on the '19s. Just when a decision was made someone pointed out that the '18s had 17" wheels and the '19s have 18" wheels. So as of this posting their back in the meeting room. Keep in mind this rumor has yet to be confirmed so stay tuned.
