Rebel Interior Accents

I have a 20 Ram with night package, I really like the red accents on the dash of the Rebel. I think it would look good. Any ideas how to get them without changing out the pieces, Decals, Stickers . Mainly around radio and console.

All of those parts are painted. So, some options would be paint, vinyl, or swap with a Rebel owner who wants to get rid of the red.
