While we wait, this person did a writeup on a 4th Gen hidden winch mount which I thought was well executed - and a good place to start if you decide on mocking up a 5th gen version (and if you're not buying a Vice Winch Mount, which honestly, given the cost of time, is a pretty decent deal)
