So I got my rear window replaced by Safelite in October of last year after Hurricane Ian rain finally overwhelmed my long leaking window and fried my RF hub as well. Thankfully insurance covered it. However about a month ago I noticed it was leaking again along the top edge on either side of the slider. Along the entire top edge except for where the slider is. Drip drip drip. So I brought it back to Safelite (lifetime warranty) and they replaced it again free of charge. They found there was a space that developed along the top edge on one side that opened up a gap with no sealant. They said it was a bad design. An aftermarket window BTW. They replaced it with a new aftermarket one and new design that doesnt have that gap that would open up. We'll see what happens but the installer seemed to know what he was doing. It is tight and not leaking in any torrential rains we get here in CFL.
