The noise from the rear vents seems to be louder than I have had on other vehicles. Really quiets when I turn on recirc, so the flaps are closing. I'm wondering about applying foil/foam insulation to the back of the rear liner, the Panel Inner Silencer. I realize I will need to keep a path for airflow from the 'collector' in the bottom of the panel to the vents. But, I'm concerned about blocking the RF Hub. Does the RF Hub actually receive RF signals, or does it just collect information from other RF antennas?

Just turn the radio up? The RF hub collects from other antennas. Others have done what you are proposing.

Not sure how much "heat" the RF hub produces but you might keep that in mind if you are thinking of covering it up.
