Rear sliding window, quick question

Are these two rivets supposed to have covers? I just noticed them while strapping my kid in. Not sure if it's supposed to look like this or if my kid plucked something of when I wasn't looking

Yes it is, and looks like some kind of ground location or power for the defrost on the center slider

Nailed it. Looks like it was disconnect and hanging behind the seat. Kid must have pulled it off, thanks!
