I do not own a Ram, but am shopping and researching them now.
I like the rear seat recline feature of the Laramie and Limited, but I have my eye set on a Rebel for exterior reasons. A fully loaded out Rebel has a fixed rear seat. Silly. To get a reclining rear seat, you have to get the Rebel X.

My assumption: The lower seat and upper seat attachment points have to be the same across all models, right? With appointment covering being the difference (cloth, leather, etc)

Has anyone done the following:
option 1) Is there a bracket / extension that puts the rear seat into full recline mode all of the time?
option 2) I go through a salvage yard and find a wrecked 5th gen only to harvest the brackets / rails to swap them into the rebel. However, the draw back is the "lever" to do the reclining is built into the lower seat cushion's front area.

Any thoughts are welcome. Just thinking through my options before I commit to buying something.

Many threads on here about buying the the required hardware. You can get the stuff needed from a junkyard or dealer. Just use search and you will find it. And yes, many things can be added easily on 2019 to 2024 anyway.

I will search more then. I kept finding posts about a modification so that the rear of the seat folds forward.
Getting the needed parts from the dealer was around $1300. for the just bracket hardware.
