Rear view mirror signal lenses

I would love to have smoked lenses but minimally I need to replace my cracked passenger side lens. Any leads on the smoked or OEM replacement?

Smoke them yourself with a can of VHT Nightshade. Tons of people do this for cheap.

Tint them with Luxe film. If you don't like it, just peel it off.

DIY looks nice, though I also need to replace the cracked lens in order to DIY this. Navigating mopar parts is awful. If anyone has a part number or link to a diagram I'd be very appreciative.

For instance, I think I'm close but there's there's 18 different Mirror Cap, Right part numbers
