I’ll putting in some new cargo Max springs yesterday I noticed on the inside of my driver side upper perch that it looked like my spring was contacting the perch at some point. I’ve been chasing an intermittent clunk, and I’m wondering if that may have been it…

The install went fine and I put the isolator in how I had them before, but it made me wonder if maybe when I put them in the first time I put the isolators in wrong

Does anyone know, or could take a picture of, the rear spring upper isolator orientation.

As it stands, I have the bump that sits up against the flat part of the end of the spring facing in towards the center of the truck

FWIW

Here is a screenshot from an install video showing the orientation of the upper isolator. His notch is pointed towards the rear of the vehicle..where i have mine pointed inward.

If this is the same across all rams w/o the ORP than i have mine orientated wrong 🤦‍♂️

NO idea of that matters in the long run…but If i can confirm this to be the case. Ill be re orienting the springs. Which isnt hard…just annoying.
