Rear facing hidden winch

Has anyone done a spare tire delete for a rear facing winch or anything of that style? I saw some guys have done it to fords

I've thought about a hitch receiver cradle and adding a front receiver. That's as far as I've gone.

Yeah I’ve got a hitch cradle for the rear but don’t like not having the winch on my truck at all times
