Rear end gears

I have 04 Dodge Ram hemi quad 2 wheel drive..I put a 273 comp cam..I'm happy with the performance of the engine..I believe I have 392 gears but I'm not happy with the hole shot..what gears would you recommend putting in? It's not a hauling truck anymore just a hauling *** truck
