Recently noticed my driver rear running light was out. Ordered a replacement because of it being LED. New one came in and I plugged it in and the same issue continues. Plugged the tail light in on the right side and it worked like it should. I checked the ends on both sides of the tail light jumper wire and they were fine. Then I multi-metered the running light pin and found it only had 3 volts coming through it. The other side and trailer plug had basically 12 volts each for the running lights. So I cleaned the 3 grounds on the rear of the frame and checked it again. I now has 10 volts to the pin. Light still does not work. Fuses are good also.
Has anyone else fought with this issue? If so what did you figure out. Posting here before I start unwrapping the wires and inspecting all of them in the rear between the lights
