Rear climate control

I have a new (to me) 2019 Limited. The rear console has the seat blower and heater options, but I don't see a way to select the temp or fan speed for the rear. Can someone please help me? Thank you! I looked in the manual that there is supposed to be a rear climate button, but I can't find it.

There is no climate control for the rear seats. Only heated/vented seats and the only options for those functions are high/low/off for each.

I wish there was a way to retrofit some sort of additional blower for these vents
