Wondering if there's any plug in play dash cam that , Can make use of the rear camera already installed from the factory so it can record rear traffic without having to run wiring that comes with camera

I would like to know that myself. You would think someone would have figured out a way to tap the video feeds from all the cameras so they could be recorded.

Someone will have to figure out how to get the data from the camera feed. But since it isn't a "standard" and is something that only the company that makes the digital mirror, that would be harder than you think.

According to Jimmy07, the electronics wizard, no. Unless things changed since last time I saw him answer this. One system is analog, the other digital.
