I’ve ordered and received the BellTech progressive bump stops to replace the factory ones. The factory bump stops were hitting the rear axle quite a bit, so I cut them in half which help a lot. But, because there is not as much bump stop left, the bump stop cups are occasionally coming in contact with the rear axle. I want to remove the cups, but I don’t know if I need to remove just the cup part and mount the new bump stops to the plate, or if I need to cut off the entire assembly and drill and tap the frame for the bolt on the bump stop.
