Realtruck TS Rails with Multifunction tailgate??

Anyone have a Ram 1500 with a Multi-function tailgate that has tried to make the Realtruck TS Rails work? I have the Backflip MX4 Tonneau withOUT the TS Rails and I saw where the manufacture modified the rails for the bed corner braces. Wonder if that same modification on the TS Rails will cause problems when using the Elevate racks on them. My thinking is yes, but figure I ask and see if anyone made it work or not.
