Ready to order my first Ram - what is MD

Reading some threads on pricing and ordering - seeing MD everywhere - tried searching. Looks like good deals through MD. Who wants to point me in the right direction. Leaving my F150 behind for Ram!

There's a few other volume dealers around the country doing under invoice pricing.

Only other one's that immediately comes to mind is Granger in IA and Koons on the east coast.
