Hello,
Seeking a little guidance here. Just got done installing the RC leveling struts. After installation, I measured again and it appears to be about a 3 inch lift. Will be contacting RC in the AM, but did I get 3 inch struts sent to me instead of 2 inch or is this normal and I should let them settle? The only other thing that might of made such a significant difference is I also installed uca to accommodate a 2-4 in raise.

My gut says to let them settle.

When i recently used my 5100s to lift the front of the ram i got 1.5” where it was advertised to only give 7/8” . It took probably 2 days for it to settle to the correct height.

did you drive it after? if not, take it around the block, or turn your steering wheel left and right full lock. that should help settle a bit.
I did drive it around after installing, but I’ll continue to drive for a week to see if it’ll settles. If not, I’ll have to throw stocks back on and “settle” with what i have 😭. RC was little to no help and gave me 2 options. Get an alignment or take them off and return.

At least there’s a pathway forward for you. If they dont settle soon send em back and get a set of 5100s and do the level that way.
