Random brackets found

Got my big horn home a couple weeks ago. Just noticed these brackets on both sides. Looks like they were attached to something. Any idea what these are for?

Not factory. I'd say maybe an aftermarket exhaust possibly?

I looked and nothing. It was definitely attached to something. I’m wondering if it was an exhaust.
