I know everyone loves to claim that Ford is the best selling truck, blah, blah, blah. But where I'm camping I see more Rams than either Fords or Chevys. Of course the last pic features a Ford right in the middle in-between the two Rams.
It depends what part of the country you live in.
I see a TON of chevys and GMCs, few rams, and a decent amount of Fords.
Only trucks I see less then Ram is Toyota.
I commute 80 miles round trip on the freeway daily and a majority of the trucks I see by a long shot are RAM’s. Lot’s of 4th Gens but the 5th’s are gaining fast. Quite a change in the last 5 years. Chevy and GMC about average but not as many as years past. Seems I see less and less Ford’s. Maybe they’re all jumping to RAM.
There’s a very large number of F-150’s where I’m at, but I see a ton of Rams also. I have no scientific data for that, it’s just me doing some daily observing while I’m out driving.
You will always focus on, and see more of, the vehicle you own. I never saw very many Dodge Magnums around my area until I bought the one I owned before my Ram. Then I started noticing them more and would see at least one or two every day.
Around me, there is a pretty good mix of Ford, Chevy, Ram, and even Toyota.
There are definitely more Rams on the road than say, 15-20 years ago though
