I couldn't bring myself to pay over $100 for the mopar plastic dividers to go in the ramboxes. i had a sheet of 1/4" marine starboard so i decided to cut my own. so far i just made the vertical ones. i may try and make the horizontal ones. used cardboard to make a template and then cut them with the jigsaw. used a dremel to smooth the corners and edges. The fit turned out nice. i decided to trace the final pieces to try and pass along templates for others.

These were traced on 11x17 paper and then scanned. You should be able to print these and use as templates. Goes without saying you just need to print full size.

I will get a few pictures of the results tomorrow and post so you can see the results. Hope this saves someone a little time and money.

I own a 2010 4th gen Ram and the Rambox dividers that are made for that series do not fit the new 5th gen Rambox. I am in the process of sourcing the plastic material that they are made out of. Don't know how long it will take Mopar to offer these but I need them now. Hard to believe the price they have on the set of 3 vertical dividers compared the the price of the kit still offered for the 4th gen Rambox which includes the netting and the 10 vertical/horizontal dividers.

After researching this, I just realized that the 2009-2013 (part #82213570) and the 2014-2018 (part #82213988) are different. My 2010 Rambox dividers do not work in my new 2019 1500 but I wonder if the later model for the 2014-2018 will work with the 2019? Has anyone checked to see if the later one will work in the new 2019 1500 Rambox? Thanks...

Thanks for the reply but 82215793AB is just a set of 3 dividers. I need the entire set including 6 vertical dividers, 4 floor pieces, and the 4 nets....like the previous #82213570 for the 2009-2013 and #82213988 for the 2014-2018. I have the 2009-2013 now but definitely wont fit. I was wondering if the later model for the 2014-2018 would fit???

Pretty sure the Ramboxes were completely redesigned for 2019 new body style. I doubt any of the previous Rambox cargo management system will fit the new boxes. I couldn't find anything in the 2019 parts catalog that matches 82213988.

I do see provisions for floor pieces in the new Ramboxes but I don't see any hooks or anything that would let you use the nets.

Thanks for the templates for the vertical dividers. Will make my own tonight....being a woodworker should be easy! Also will attempt to make the horizontal ones. If I get a prototype that fits well I'll try to post a template if you would like one.

I have placed on this post the PDF for the templates I made to make the rear horizontal dividers for the 2019 Rambox. As stated on the template they will not fit on a 11x17 sheet of paper, did not want to mess with shrinking due to different copiers and inherent errors. Just add the appropriate length where noted on the right edge. Sorry drivers side is looking from TOP and passenger is the BOTTOM view...mistake on my part when tracing. Only makes a difference if your material has texture or better face.

Also I recommend making cardboard cut out templates for your application before you make your final product. These fit my boxes fairly tight, but due to these boxes are plastic yours maybe slightly different in size. Also drill about a 1" hole about 2" from the rear end to utilize as a finger hole to pull the divider up when put in place. I made mine out of 1/4" HDPE available at the local Menards store. Only bad part was I had to buy a 4'x8' sheet....but will use up in other projects. I also plan to stiffen by either laminating 2 -1/4" sheets together or attaching aluminium channel to the bottom.

Change in plans, to remove the flex in the 1/4" shelf/divider I just glued 1"x4" blocks to the side wall of the Rambox mid span to provide support to the shelf. I just made the blocks out of the scraps from the 1/4" HDPE panel I purchased. I used Loctite plastic glue and applicator shown in the picture to adhere to the side wall, worked great so far, and is available at local hardware store for $3.50. Attached are pictures of the shelf installed, the blocks installed and the glue used. Hopefully will withstand the weight of the items placed on top the shelf.
