I just ordered an American Roll Cover made by Truck Covers USA for my Rambox-equipped 1500 because it has an option for Yakima rails. 3-4 week delivery time. It's not cheap (around $2500 with shipping and taxes) but it appears to be good quality based on online reviews and information from the dealer and is literally the only solution I could find for Ramboxes.
