I’m looking into changing out the stock hood with a Ram sport hood on my 20 2500. I’ve done some research online. Has anyone does this swap? When purchasing the hood did it come complete with insulation, vents and all?

It depends on who you’re purchasing from. If you’re buying a new Mopar hood from a dealership you’ll have to order all the components, as each has its own part number.
I’d say most people either trade hoods with someone who wants a non-sport hood or they buy a complete used hood.
