Anyone get an email saying your truck has brake/suspension or some other issue today?

I checked the Ram app and vehicle health report hasn’t been updated in 3 days. Truck doesn’t throw any codes or error messages or notifications. Uconnect helpline doesn’t see anything wrong, and they don’t know why the system sent out an email. They also don’t know why the app is not refreshing data. I’m at 300 miles in 2026 Lonestar. This is the worst car app I’ve ever used.

I got the same alert today via email but when I go into the health dashboard it doesn’t find any problems. Maybe some kind of software bug triggering erroneous emails? My truck is about 10 days old with about 300 miles. We did have a lot of rain today and a one point I heard a bit of a hum like antilock brakes but didn’t feel anything, not sure if that might be related.

Got it the Ram this afternoon and the UC5 wasn't working at all, coupled with the heated seat and wheel staying on. This was after driving it all morning with no issues. I wonder if it is related to the app issue you are experiencing, as UC5 can be quirky. I fully expect all will be fine when I get in the truck to leave for work in the morning.

Same. Mine is a week old and 350 miles. Which trim/engine do you have?

Is this very typical? Things tend to work again after being off for a while?

had that kind of random email/ notification in the past, when the truck was still relatively low mileage.
went to look at the truck and nothing was wrong. probably just a computer glitch or system learning.

the UC5 not working at all for a bit and then resume working perfectly is probably because the truck updated itself via OTA updates and was in the process to reinitialize itself.

nothing to worry about.
