Hi, I jus bought a new ram RHO had it for about a week now and today I jus noticed when I turn the truck off the P next to the gear shifter is staying lit up red as week as one of the buttons on the connect screen is staying lit up yellow. Is this normal? I am concerned about the battery being drained and it not starting in the morning.

Jus looked inside and how the whole dash is lighting up and flickering on and off

That is not normal. Disconnect your negative battery cable, give it a minute, reconnect it.

So I did this and it still is having the same issue, I tried disconnecting again and letting it sit for a hour and the dash is turning on and off and headlights turning on and off with the truck off, any other idea what could be causing this?

Anyone know if mayb the key fob being too close could cause the dash to be flickering on and off headlights flickering on and off and the park light next to the gear shifter to stay lit? My Truck was parked around the back of my house and the keys were inside the house so I didn’t think it was possible but I can’t think of anything else it could be. Or does anyone know anyone with a similar issue to the one I was having?

Shouldn't be that. I've left my key fob in my truck overnight, in my garage, with zero issues

No, definitely not.
Just an update they called me and said they couldn’t find anything and told me to pick it up, not sure what was causing it I just hope it doesn’t happen again
Next time this happens you should take a video. It may give them a starting point in figuring out the problem.

I can understand the dealership not being able to do anything if the truck is behaving normally. After all, they can't fix what doesn't appear to be broken. But that did nothing to instill confidence in you I can imagine. Just be sure to document all communications with the dealership in case you might need to consider going the lemon law direction if this issue continues.

That’s a good idea thank you for the advice I definitely will next time it happens, and now I jus realized after picking it up from the dealership that the buttons on the back of the steering wheel that let you change the song arent working now but the volume buttons on the other side are, lol can’t catch a break.

Taking a video won't do much. Here's why I say that. My wife has a '22 Audi. We've had a bunch of electrical issues that required service. I was sitting at a red light, no cars in front of me and the forward collision alert kept sounding and flashing on the dash. I was sitting still! This went on and off the entire time I sat at the light, so I video'd it for service. Their response, even with video evidence....can't replicate customer complaint.

Whatever!
