I had some work done on my 2019 RAM LONGHORN, and the battery had to be disconnected. When it was reconnected the back-up camera, temperature and climate controls, etc. would not work. I brought it to my dealer and the mechanic fixed it in minutes. I asked what he did and he said he did a "radio reset" but I think what he meant was a reset that controlled a lot of things using the radio panel. I would like to know the actual step by step procedure to do a reset in case of emergency. He did not use any tools or equipment.
