Ram mobile app

Hi everyone,

I’m trying to get the RAM app working on my phone but I’m running into an issue.

I live in Belgium and I was able to download the app without any problems. However, when I enter my VIN in the app, it says that the vehicle is not recognized.

The truck is a 2025 Ram 1500 Limited.

I already tried contacting RAM support but unfortunately I haven’t received any response yet.
Has anyone outside the US (especially in Europe) managed to get the RAM app working with their truck? Or is this service maybe not supported for vehicles in Belgium?

Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.

I'm in the USA.
On mine the service is through Sirius.
I had to contact them to get mine setup.
Not sure if it would be the same over there.
