Hey everyone! New to the forum. I had a 2022 Laramie and traded it in last Saturday for a 2023 Limited. I went on the MOPAR site and removed the 2022 and added the new one. But when I go to my garage on the Ram Connect site and the Ram app, it still shows the old one. I tried calling the customer support number and it's been saying that due a system outage, no one is available. It's driving me nuts. How can a big company like Ram have system outage this long? Any suggestions?
