Hey everyone! New to the forum. I had a 2022 Laramie and traded it in last Saturday for a 2023 Limited. I went on the MOPAR site and removed the 2022 and added the new one. But when I go to my garage on the Ram Connect site and the Ram app, it still shows the old one. I tried calling the customer support number and it's been saying that due a system outage, no one is available. It's driving me nuts. How can a big company like Ram have system outage this long? Any suggestions?

Ifstilm showing your old truck on an app one week after trading it in is your only issue, I wouldn't be too upset. It doesn't bother me that much, I have a car that got totaled out 10 years ago that still showing in my Mopar garage online

Try wiping the head unit through the app on the old one..I did that, then deleted it from my "garage", and then soon as it was sold, it disappeared. Ram has lag times on all their software apparently. 😤
