Ram app remote start

I'm new to the group. Is anyone else having issues using the remote start feature from the Ram app? I park at the airport and fly to work. When I land, I try to start my truck so it's warm when I get out to it. It never works. My coworkers with fords and chevys don't have any issue starting their trucks.

Nope, mine works fine. I've used it many times in the last month.

Works every time, and quite fast.

Have you tried it anywhere else? It uses cellular network to talk to the truck. Maybe bad connection. Are you in a lot or parking garage?

Yes I have tried it elsewhere. Just doesn't seem to work when I'm parked at the airport. I do have cell service when I try starting my truck.

If it works elsewhere, then it is the area you are parked in. Doesn't matter that you have cell service there. The cell in the truck is 4G and it's weak.
