So Im trying to find help on what to do before I go forward with any dealerships. So I had loaded my truck with about 3k in concrete bags plus another 1k in trailer load and a payload limit message came up on my dash and also saying temporarily disabled. My bed is pretty much stuck on leveled up. I tried holding down button on alternate height to see if that would work. So not sure what else i could do? Disconnected the battery to see if it recalibrates but still no. Any help?

What's the payload on that truck? 1400-1600lbs max?

I've loaded mine to 1700 before and got an error message but it recovered itself on the next restart with the load removed. What happens when you exceed the load rating by over double is anyone's guess but I'm sure it's not good. Stuck on levelled up is much better than sitting on the bump stops as at least you haven't ruptured any air bags.

Clear any codes, cycle the key 10 times and then disconnect the battery are probably the things I'd try before I went to a dealer.
