I noticed this when I installed my bed cover the other day. The psssenger side bulk head sits lower than the bed side, or the bed side sits too high. The plastic cap than sons the bedside to the bulkhead was loose and it was due to this height discrepancy. My driver side is even. I haven’t looked too in depth, but could this be a bigger issue? Do you think it’s purely cosmetic?

I'll have to check mine now. Thanks a lot! :ROFLMAO:

Probably just cosmetic. I doubt that will cause you any problems as long as you were able to install your bed cover without any issues.

Bed cover went on fine, there is a slightly higher gap on passenger side vs the driver side where the cover meets the tailgate. I'm starting to think the right bedside may be 1/16" high that the right...

again I'm not sure how everything is pieced together bedside vs bulkhead, but if this is just cosmetic akin to a panel gap, I'm ok.
