I cant seem to get to the link to operate or open the PDF. Maybe if you upload it to google x drive and paste a link here it would work better.

It worked for me. Its a pretty good document. I didn't know about the PWM Fuel Pump; I think this explains the poor throttle response when you hit it though....they need to update the software for that.
