Ram 1500 sport e torque

Hey everyone so I’ve had issues with my 2022 ram 1500 sport E torque, in 2024 my truck died on the road well driving came to a complete stop and could not turn on had to jump it to get it moved off the road the dealer looked at it made some poor excuse as to why it happen said the 12v battery was crap and relaxed it now I’m well out of warranty and now again same thing happen was driving in a neighborhood lucky but came to a stop at a stop sign and the truck died again called CAA and was going to get it towed but had to boost it to get it loaded on the truck the started the truck again and I was idle with the truck at 14v for a bit so I was comfortable driving it home now it’s on charge so I can hopefully make it to work tomorrow but I’m wondering if anyone’s had this issue or is ram has a solution or if it’s just a problem the consumer as to deal with. Any info is appreciated.
